This Customer Consent to Receive Documents Electronically (“Consent”) contains important information about how we will deliver all account-related documents.
We will deliver the following documents in electronic form: agreements and disclosures; privacy, change-in-terms, approvals, adverse action and electronic fund transfer notices; terms and conditions; account statements; communications or other account-related documents as permitted by law (collectively, “Documents”).
We may, however, continue to provide some Documents using paper even if you consent to receive it electronically.

When you use a product or service to which this Consent applies, you agree that we may provide you with any Notice in electronic format, and that we may discontinue sending paper Documents to you, unless and until you withdraw your consent as described below.
We may also use Electronic Signatures and obtain them from you as part of our transaction(s) with you.
